Ok, first Ill admit Im addicted. But, I cant now give the program more than 1 star because of the crashes. Today it is crashing every time the spin button is tapped in the Casino. Doesnt matter if Im trying to bet coins or rubies.....It crashed 6 times, one after another, every time I tried to spin this morning. It still crashes 7 out of 10 times in the process of trying to get video credit....and when the program re-boots (taking 3 minutes to do so) the opportunity for the video credit is no longer available and neither are the "awesome rewards" promised. The program still crashes in the middle of power token searches, depriving the frustrated player of the rest of their hard-won Crypt prizes. Again, galloping frustration. Unfortunately, the program crashes A LOT......in the middle of normal area searches as well as the above-mentioned areas. Ive pointed out this problem several times, but overall, theres been very little improvement. Hello, are you listening? My other gripe is that one has to spend rubies to get rubies.....which is quite illogical and doesnt work very well unless you are into paying real cash money to the program to buy the rubies needed. The game needs to be further adjusted to be able to trade for rubies in the "Gold for Relics" section without having to wait 6 hours in two sections of the "store" until the current, non-functional (relics with question marks) "offer or offers" clear out to make room for others. Bottom line, addictive but quite frustrating and potentially very expensive if you want to get anywhere. Unless you guys can fix it, Ill be deleting it and going to another game.

I love this game. Ive been playing about a month but it has started CRASHING constantly. Havent been able to play for over two days. Is it because I dont buy anything or do you have a bug?????

The game is crashing again with the newest event. Every time I go to the slot game, it shuts down. The "Navigation " button is a good addition for finding different places on the map. If you are going to play without purchase, be prepared to take longer to complete goals and to be frustrated by limited drops of needed items. To the game developers: currency is not a "great find" in a dig site.

I have been playing this game for awhile now and today it just keeps crashing. It wont let me spin.

I try to access the slots, and I push the button and the screen freezes than kicks out to icon page. Tried to restart in all the usual ways with same results. Whats up??

Lately this game hasnt been as much fun. Only one quest is offered. Chance to trade for rubies is slim. New regions are not opening up. I earn all these coins and moonstones for no purpose. I get frustrated digging for items and getting coins I cant even use. I dont need all the keys Ive earned in secret city either. And this games crashes right when Im in the middle of earning something in the crypts. Lately it has been crashing when I try to spin for rubies and shovels etc. It is very annoying since it takes 5 minutes to reopen the game. Why are there so many bugs. And it takes up soooooo much space on my iPad. Kinda ridiculous. Im very frustrated. Probably will lose interest and stop playing.

Where is the the achievement icon for finishing my goals today.

Ridiculous shoveling. Never get anything but flashlights, freeze times, cameras, etc. takes forever to repair anything.

I enjoy playing but get frustrated when it keeps crashing. Then it takes forever to load again. Here lately it crashes and before it loads it crashes again. So I dont get in. This needs to be fixed

Have had this game for several months and enjoy playing, but besides not being able to play long...cant build up energy very quickly, now it keeps crashing!!! Has been doing it, but its getting worse. My device is no where near full and I have no other apps open, per your "frequently asked questions". Is anybody else having this problem? Please fix this!!!

I have been playing this game for a year and it is the best and my #1 game I play this game very day it is a little hard at first but once you get now it works you too will love it.

For the most part, I like this game. However, the engery and shoves/item requirements to unlock areas is ridiculous. At best, you only have enough energy for get 3 plays an hour and I have used well over 60 shovels, which in themselves are very difficult to get, and still have not found the items needs to open a new area. I dont mind spending money on occasion when playing a game I enjoy but this one really is frustrating at times. I hope some improvements are made.

Boring game. I guess you have pour cash in to have fun after a certain level?

Been playing for two years or so, love the game. Everything has been making sense and moving along just fine. But, now I have two questions. I keep trading and making money, but now there doesnt seem to be any where to spend it. Even when I gamble I make money,not loose it! So, what am I supposed to do with the money now.?? And so many relics arent being used for anything! Why not?

2 min of play time then 24 min of waiting for your energy to recharge, unless you want to purchase a faster charge. Nothing to do unless you pay for it. Hidden objects are ridiculously simple, my 7 AND 5 ylds can do it with no help and even they are frustrated by the ridiculously long wait time. You really can not play more than one room before you are out of energy. All this is is a money grab disguised as a bad game.

I too was enjoying this game for the first few days. Unfortunately you NEVER get to reach any goals. The game plays against you. I have accumulated almost a million coins and thats it. Everything else I have had to pay for. That stupid slot game I have played for hours and put over $40 in it just this past week alone. I have not won one single diamond!!! I have bought thousands of rubies because that is the only way to get them. Also I have purchased most of the shovels I have used. I never get anything I really need to finish the dig. Seriously, you have to get in ONE DAY 25,000,000 points, 25 MILLION, to get two shovels!!!! I played for hours and only got up to 3,000,000!!!! Its totally impossible. I feel totally ripped off. I believe this is very fraudulent. The sad thing is I really liked the format of it. I would really appreciate hearing from someone at this company why you are treating your customers like this!!!!! I am bed ridden and spent several hours a day on this game. Its to bad you wont be seeing anymore of my money or time being spent on this one. Very frustrated customer!

This game crashes so much, you should probably wear a helmet.
