Whats going on????? Cant get on. Cant play. Wish you would either fix the problem or tell me how to access the game.

I have played this game for several weeks. I do not understand why the materials needed in dig sites are not found more often. It is too hard to get shovels then when you do get some shovels the materials are not there. I cannot put money into these games like the developers want to make any progress. I am saying good bye. This game has some good ideas but needs major changes.

What happened to my game. It is like it just restarted but all my relics and coins and experience are still there but I have to pay to get to the different locations. No update showing available. PLEASE fix or I will delete the game. FIX MY GAME. First it started out with the slow loading now this.

Im so sad. Ive loved this game but unfortunately, Pocket Gems is retiring the game. Why?!

Game is fun but the game crashes all the time. Also takes a long time for game to load. Not worth it.

I like this game and its definitely addicting. There are challenges to do and then youre suppose to get rewards. The rewards are hit and miss. Several times I have worked hard to get the rewards and when I finished the task went to collect them and the thing disappears and I dont get the reward and they were finished in the alotted time. This has happened every time on the challenge that has the woman with the scarf on her head. I have probably been ripped off of 40 of the jewels that allow you to search the howling crypt. Also, dont always get the shovels I earn after searching 6 scenes. It annoying because most of the challenges are based on finding things in the dig sites with those shovels. Seems like a waste if you dont get what you earn. Also, on 9/10/2014 the game updated and now it doesnt work at all. And what shows up on the screen- a lot of my progress has been lost. Of course it has to be the stuff that costs the most. It also pisses me off that you cant contact anyone and get these issues fixed.

If you are serious ,about deleting game I would like to buy power with my rubies before you close-and not at the ridiculous prices that you want at present, and you stated that you will no longer do leaderboards, but why did you take away the daily quests please make it possible for loyal players before you go, have played for 3 years, and literally have given you thousands! So please give back!

Only gives a 100 points and time to play is to short of time. Other games give more incentives to keep you going. Slot section does not give enough rewards.

Developers have gotten rid of the midweek and weekend competitions, the daily challenges have dwindled to one, and there havent been any new developments in quite a long time. This used to be my favorite game--now its just boring. After nearly three years of constant playing, Im seriously considering deleting it.

Been playing for over a year now and the last update was Jan 2016!!! Whats going on?????!!!! We need an update!!! And last few days I have played, no new missions come out! Whats happening with this game???!!! Im about to delete it. Sad!

This USE to be my favorite game. Whatever you did made it so boring I no longer have a desire to play it. No challenges no rewards just boring.

Fun in the beginning but rapidly becomes boring.

Started out loving this game, but after 3 years I have found it to be unrewarding. It is obvious that money needs to be spent and I would if it wasnt so hard to achieve the quests and the goals. I am deleting, it is wasting my time.

Ive been playing this game for almost 4 years, but it is no longer fun. When the Limited Time Quests were removed from the game, it became unchallenging and there is no longer anything to play for. This great game has been ruined and I rarely play it anymore.

If youre not paying out of pocket to play this game, it can be really slow to earn coins and rubies to level up.

You messes up a truly fun game. I have played this game daily for the last 3+ years. I have spent real money in the game for it to end up literally sucking. The game is no fun anymore without the other challenges. The game is so boring and not worth playing anymore. Why mod this to your loyal players? If I could give you no stars, I would. This is really sad and disappointing.

Have really enjoyed this game and never minded spending real cash to advance or complete daily challenges. However, there should be rewards for leveling up, I continue to dig up gold coins which I do not need so it is a wasted shovel. There should be a way to trade moonstones and gold coins for shovels or rubies or SOMETHING. I am so advanced in game I dont need moonstones or gold coins. The developers are no longer interested in game...no daily or weekly challenges.

I have been playing this game for well over three years now and recently the developers decided there would be no more mid week or daily challenges. This makes it nearly impossible to earn shovels and Ruiz to be able complete any of the quests. Are used to play this game every day and now I havent touched it in over a month because of these new changes. For the past several months this game has take an average of 3-8 minutes just to start up, space isnt an issue on my phone. There are too many dig sites. Plus upgrading dig sites costs too much since you must use rubies and rubies are hard to come by. Once you get past the first few areas this game starts to get impossible. It is nearly impossible to complete a dig site as you rarely get an option to get the items that you actually need in the new challenges that come out are nearly impossible is well unless you want to go and want to spend a bunch of money to buy rubies.Theres too many dang dig sites and virtually impossible to finish. I literally used 150 shovels and didnt get a single dig site item. If you want to spend a bunch of money on a virtual game than this game is perfectly for you.oh and the developers dont care or read the reviews so this review is a waste of time. All the creators do is add dig sites for anything new. This games gotten lame
